Booking Terms and Conditions For Apollo Connect Shuttles

  1. Need pick up within 24 hours from now? If you are booking at the last minute please call our office on (07) 218 0791 (or Mobile 021 244 1830) so we can confirm/decline your booking over the phone
  2. A 20% surcharge will be added to all adult and child fares for any transfer where the flight arrives or departs on a New Zealand statutory holiday and also for City to City transfers taken on such dates
  3. Need pick up from rural location? An additional $20 fee will apply
  4. RefundsĀ will only be made subject to the following conditions:
    • Once a booking has been confirmed, a $30-00 cancellation fee to cover administration costs will apply if cancelled
    • If payment was made by credit card, fees charged by the Credit Card processing company for refunding will be deducted from your refund amount
    • If payment was made via method other than credit card, any costs associated with processing the refund will be deducted from your refund amount
    • Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice given will incur a NIL refund
  5. Our service includes a shared passenger service where travel times must be flexible
  6. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control and at times there may be a waiting time at the airport for passengers and delayed flights
  7. You must advise Apollo Connect Shuttles of any changes to your travel plans as soon as possible. Our service will endeavour to support these changes where possible. We will monitor flight arrival times and try and support late arrivals where possible, you may have to wait for the next scheduled shuttle.
  8. Children and infants will only be carried if you have a suitable child seat or if one has been hired from us. These must be requested at the time of booking.
  9. For children traveling alone, Adult rates apply for the child
  10. Luggage allowance: is one small and one large suitcase, extra items are charged at $5 each
  11. Oversize items will only be carried if pre-booked, the charge for such items is $10
  12. Passengers on arriving flights must meet the shuttle driver as soon as possible, any delays beyond 45 minutes from the arrival times must be advised to the office immediately. Failure to do so could mean your shuttle will leave without you and you will have to wait for the next one
